Tungsten Electrode Screen for Sapphire Crystal Furnace

Tungsten electrode screen is used with molybdenum parts, and plays an important role in sapphire crystal growth furnace.

Tungsten electrode screen and molybdenum electrode screen are all made by the material of tungsten or molybdenum with purity over 99.95%. The properties of tungsten electrode screen and molybdenum electrode screen are high temperature resistance, lower thermal expansion.

Tungsten electrode screen is with density of 18.3g/cm3 when it is sintered, and will be 19.2g/cm3 when it is swaged. The application and effect of sintered tungsten electrode screen is the same with swaged tungsten electrode screen.
